Job summary

Future, a Primoris Company, is seeking a skilled equipment operator to support multi-state project sites. You will inspect sites, direct crews in ditching, road construction, and drainage grading, and operate bulldozers and graders while training others.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent or 5 years of experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, and a strong safety focus; candidates must perform under varying weather and outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent or 5 years minimum experience.
• Must be able to lift and move 50 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Strong safety focus and compliance with MUTCD where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect work areas to determine required work and equipment.
• Direct crews in ditch, road construction, and drainage grading.
• Operate and train others on bulldozers and graders.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain time and production records.
• Load/unload trucks and conduct equipment maintenance.
• Perform non-mechanical tasks with minimal supervision.
