Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services seeks a Field Construction Coordinator to support telecom network construction and servicing in North America. You will assist with field data collection, documentation, and coordination between engineering teams and vendors to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities include compiling As-builts, redlines, photos, splice documentation, and daily data entry. Travel to project sites and adherence to safety programs are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of construction experience preferred as a baseline.
• Combination of work experience and/or technical training in an industry-related trade certification or education program.
• Knowledge of current construction practices and ability to read construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Construction and Engineering teams with field and office activities; track milestones and deadlines.
• Compile and process general construction documentation (As-builts, redlines, photos, splice docs).
• Coordinate with vendors and in-house resources for daily OSP operations.
• Support tendering and management processes; review invoices and progress claims.
• Request materials from warehouse and document consumption.
