Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services seeks a Field Construction Coordinator to support field and office activities for telecommunications networks across West Virginia. You will assist with data collection, scheduling, documentation, and updates to stakeholders to keep projects on track.

You will read construction drawings, coordinate with Engineering and construction vendors, and help manage the Project Specific Safety Program to meet milestones and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of construction experience or related training.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specs.
• Proficiency with common office and project tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist Construction and Engineering teams with field and office activities.
• Compile and process project documentation and photos.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal resources in daily operations.
• Support tender reviews, invoices, and progress claims.
• Data entry for daily production and timesheets.
• Assist with pre-construction walkouts and locates.
• Promote safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
