Job summary

Ledcor is seeking a capable Construction Project Coordinator to support telecom maintenance and construction projects across North America. You will manage schedules, logs, and cost tracking, while collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in construction project coordination, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with CPI, SPI, and EAC metrics. Willingness to travel up to 15% is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or project controls, preferably telecoms
• Familiarity with U.S. telecom providers and their operations
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and IF statements; Power BI and SAP are a plus
• Knowledge of CPI, SPI, and EAC metrics
• Experience with WBS and CBS is an asset
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• Willingness to travel up to 15% to project sites or offices

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track all phases of telecom maintenance and construction projects, including scheduling, materials, access, and closure
• Maintain and update project logs, CRM systems, and Excel trackers to reflect real-time status
• Conduct weekly update calls and meetings with internal teams and clients
• Generate and submit daily WIP reports and training summaries
• Support project cost tracking for labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment
• Assist in preparing cost reports, forecasts, and earned value metrics (CPI, SPI, EAC)
• Use Excel and Power BI to generate performance and status reports
• Support change management processes and ensure accurate billing and documentation
• Collaborate with field managers to ensure job readiness and timely completion
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
