Job summary

Uniti's Kinetic Construction team is seeking a Manager to lead field crews responsible for the safe installation of aerial, buried and underground fiber, serving homeowners, small business and enterprise across the United States.

You will allocate resources, oversee budgets, schedules, safety and quality, and guide multiple direct reports while ensuring projects stay on time and within scope. Travel up to 50% is required, with potential deployments to other states as needed.

Qualifications

• College degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years professional level experience with 0–2 years supervisory experience; or 9+ years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a vital team responsible for the safe and successful installation of aerial, buried and underground cable.
• Allocate resources and make construction decisions within policy and standards.
• Manage project execution including scope, cost, safety, quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct weekly meetings and provide direction to engineering, construction, quality, and cost control.
• Travel up to 50% of time and deployments to other states as needed.
