Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. via its Kinetic Construction unit is seeking a Manager of Kinetic Construction to lead a critical team responsible for safe and successful installation of aerial, buried and underground cable nationwide.

You will allocate resources, make construction decisions, and oversee project scope, engineering, cost, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across assigned areas.

Qualifications

• College degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years professional level experience with 0–2 years supervisory experience for roles with supervision.
• 9+ years professional level related Engineering/Technical experience with 0–2 years supervisory experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and professional level related Engineering/Technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly meetings with staff and oversee engineering, construction, quality, schedule, and cost control for assigned jobs.
• Ensure resources with proper expertise are available to support project execution.
• Manage call-out teams and after-hours issues including holidays, weekends, emergencies, and escalations.
• Visit job sites to validate workmanship and ensure work within budget.
• Attend management calls and provide project status and performance data to management.
• Promote safety training and stay up-to-date on emerging technologies.
