Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC in Pine River, MN is seeking an Equipment Foreman to lead telecom crews and keep projects on schedule. You will supervise daily field operations, operate and maintain heavy equipment, and ensure safety compliance for the team and site.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the supervisor, training crew members, maintaining DOT paperwork, and adapting to all weather conditions while delivering quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Driver's license required.
• At least three years of related experience; foreman experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.

Skills

Three years related experience
