Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC seeks an Equipment Foreman to lead telecom construction crews in Blaine, MN. You will safely operate and manage equipment, oversee day-to-day activities, and ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining DOT paperwork and production notes.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Previous foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure everyone follows safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes and DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery and perform maintenance.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.
