Bigham Cable Construction, Inc. is hiring an Equipment Foreman on our Telecom Construction team. You will lead crews, manage equipment, and ensure safety standards while keeping projects on schedule.

The role requires at least three years of related experience and a valid driver’s license, with Foreman experience preferred. Join a team focused on safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent with relevant experience preferred.
• At least three years of related experience; Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help train crew members.
• Ensure adherence to company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes and DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery and perform maintenance.
• Perform duties in all weather conditions and carry out other duties as assigned.
