Job summary

Everest Consultants seeks an Electronics Engineer 1 to design and support complex telecom systems in a hybrid Vancouver, WA environment. You will develop system designs, BOMs, and SOWs, analyze requirements, and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

The role requires a degree in Electronic/Telecommunications engineering, 6 months in a related field, and strong communication skills. Medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering required.
• 6 months of experience in Telecommunications Engineering or closely related field.
• Graduating candidates within 3 months will be considered; degree proof may be requested.

Responsibilities

• Develop telecommunications system designs, detailed drawings, bills of materials, and statements of work (SOWs) based on project requirements, technical specifications, and engineering analysis.
• Conduct technical studies, evaluate system requirements, and document findings to support project planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, stakeholders, and SMEs to define project scope, requirements, and technical solutions.
• Research, evaluate, and test telecommunications equipment and technologies to support system design and implementation.
• Assist with developing technical specifications, procurement requirements, and installation standards for communications infrastructure projects.
• Prepare comprehensive design packages, installation documentation, equipment configurations, testing procedures, and project deliverables.
• Provide technical recommendations regarding system design options, equipment selection, compliance requirements, and cost considerations.
• Support project execution by coordinating materials, equipment, schedules, and technical requirements with project teams and stakeholders.
• Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting activities to ensure successful system implementation.
• Maintain accurate project records, technical documentation, and engineering files in accordance with established quality, security, compliance, and information management standards.
