Job summary

Pauley Construction, LLC is seeking a Drafter/Designer to plot, map, design, and draft in CADD for telecommunications networks. You will create network maps, layouts, and detailed prints to meet customer expectations.

The role requires experience in drafting for fiber networks, proficiency in AutoCAD, and ability to work with cross-functional teams, contractors, and permitting agencies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED equivalent or 3+ years experience in telecommunications.
• Solid drafting and layout skills for OSP telecom networks.
• Ability to comply with local, state and federal regulations including RUS.

Responsibilities

• Assist with execution of projects and plans supporting drafting strategy.
• Create Outside Plant network designs in various applications/software.
• Develop and issue work prints for OSP telecom networks.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction and permitting agencies.
• Prepare BOM, labor quantities, and project documentation.
• Ensure facility designs meet company standards and regulations.
