Job summary

Pauley Construction, LLC is seeking a Drafter/Designer to plot, map, design, and draft in CADD for telecom networks and permits. Create accurate network maps and construction prints that meet customer expectations while coordinating with engineering, construction, and permitting agencies.

You will develop OSP network designs, issue work prints, and ensure designs comply with applicable regulations, including RUS, while supporting cost-effective placement of facilities and meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with fiber/copper network drafting is preferred.
• Experience drafting for telecom projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with execution of projects and plans for long-term drafting strategy.
• Create Outside Plant (OSP) network designs in various software.
• Develop and issue work prints for OSP Telecom networks.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, and permitting agencies.
• Prepare documentation to support work packages (BOM, labor quantities).
• Ensure facility designs comply with local, state and federal regulations including RUS.
