Job summary

Bounteous is seeking a Digital Transformation Consultant to lead strategic advisory engagements for the telecom sector, focusing on digital channel shift, personalization, and B2B growth initiatives. You own the strategic POV for client programs and stay involved through implementation, not just strategy delivery.

You will translate data into executive narratives, drive adoption of new digital capabilities, and partner with teams to sequence initiatives within client constraints.

Qualifications

• Consulting pedigree from a top-tier firm or equivalent experience in digital transformation.
• Experience advising on B2B identity, channel shift economics and monetization models.
• Delivery of personalization transformations with rapid timelines and implementation oversight.
• Track record accelerating client adoption of digital capabilities.
• Ability to surface strategic opportunities mid-engagement with client examples.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic POV on telecom client growth priorities, including identity, personalization and monetization.
• Lead personalization and journey design, with segmentation and experience modeling.
• Translate ARPU/ARPA trends into board-level narratives and defend roadmap decisions.
• Ensure recommendations are executable and sequenced with constraints.
• Grow client relationships by expanding scope through delivered engagements.
