Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, engineering, computer science, management information systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of related experience in project management, change management, and business analysis; consulting experience is a plus.
• Certifications such as PMP or Agile frameworks are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage change management strategies and plans aligned to core change management methodology.
• Lead project management activities from design through deployment, coordinating resources and timelines.
• Elicit requirements, analyze processes, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Create and facilitate deliverables including use cases, process flows, and data models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure adoption, readiness, and training.
• Provide guidance on risk, issues, and change impact; monitor change effectiveness.
