Job summary

Bounteous is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead digital client engagements, guiding vision, scope, design, requirements, and delivery with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

You will manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies; act as Scrum Master for Agile ceremonies; and partner with clients, product owners, and internal stakeholders to translate business goals into measurable digital solutions.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in relevant program or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience with Agile exposure.
• Experience as consultant or in an agency as a project manager.
• Exposure to Scrum, Agile, and/or Waterfall.
• Led 4 to 8 person teams; managed distributed or remote members.
• Experience with CMS and eCommerce platforms; proficiency in analytics.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead and motivate diverse teams on various projects.
• Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Lead on-time, on-budget delivery of digital projects with high client satisfaction.
• Serve as Scrum Master and lead Agile ceremonies.
• Communicate status and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
• Use OpenAir/Jira to track progress and report data-driven results.
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative project environment.
