Job summary

Excelacom is hiring a Delivery Manager to align stakeholders, drive multi-project delivery, and orchestrate telecom-focused technology solutions. You will lead work streams, develop IC and marketing collateral, and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes while embodying the firm’s brand and values.

You will decompose problems, manage milestones, and collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and deploy solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field is required.
• Prior consulting experience in an agile environment with a leading firm.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading project work streams and gathering requirements.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery and improve documentation.

Responsibilities

• Decompose business problems and design complex technology solutions.
• Plan and manage telecom projects from inception to release in an Agile setup.
• Define milestones and maintain an integrated delivery plan.
• Direct multi-stakeholder projects through all SDLC phases.
• Meet with client staff daily to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Provide decision support, monitor risks, and create mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and deploy solutions.
• Innovate service offerings aligned with market trends.
• Identify partners, define integration scope, and set engagement models.
• Manage scope to meet time, cost, and quality targets.
• Communicate technical requirements to senior leadership.
• Anticipate challenges and adapt strategies to meet deliverables.
• Monitor quality of program deliverables and develop deployment tools.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and present solutions.
