Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Prior consulting experience in an agile environment with a leading firm.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead project working groups and facilitate data gathering.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery and improve documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication with non-technical audiences.
• Ownership mentality and accountability for deliverables.
• End-to-End understanding of program scope, deliverables, schedule, risks.
• Curiosity about current technologies and trends.

Responsibilities

• Decompose business problems and deliver complex technology solutions for the client.
• Plan and manage telecom projects in an Agile environment from inception through testing and release.
• Define and track milestones within an integrated delivery plan.
• Direct complex projects with multiple stakeholders and partners through SDLC.
• Meet with client staff daily to understand issues and opportunities.
• Provide decision support, monitor risks, and create mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and deploy solutions.
• Innovate and develop service offerings aligned with market trends.
• Identify key partners, define integration scope, and engagement models.
• Rigorously manage scope to meet time/cost/quality commitments.
• Communicate technical requirements clearly to senior leadership.
• Anticipate future challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and ensure quality of program deliverables and deployment strategies.
• Identify and qualify additional business opportunities.
• Prepare solutions and proposals for clients.
