Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates.
• Interpret and explain plans and contract terms.
• Plan and supervise construction activities.
• Inspect projects for compliance with codes.
• Select and oversee project workers.
