Job summary

347 Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple underground and overhead telecom utility construction projects in Teton County, Idaho. The role emphasizes budgeting, scheduling, and cross-disciplinary estimating to protect project profitability.

You will manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring timely communication, documentation, and compliance with permits. Occasional overtime and customer meetings are required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Project Management experience in the Telecom construction industry.
• Excellent customer service and interaction skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of Public and Private right of ways including the permitting process.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite to include Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Proficient in Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, cost estimation, and ability to complete project within budget.
• Experience managing contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers including monitoring performance to ensure all contractors are adhering to project requirements.
• Ability to review job plans and prints to estimate large size cross-discipline on complex projects.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate job information in company project tracking system.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal departments as needed to ensure project deadlines and customer commitments are met.
• Ability to lead meetings reviewing the status of the project and project needs with leadership and team members.
• Available to attend customer meetings.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate and complete files for project from start to closeout.
• Ability to work overtime.
