RLM Underground is seeking a motivated Construction Manager to oversee active telecommunications construction sites in Idaho. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely project delivery while leading ground crews and coordinating procurement and reporting.

The role requires proven telecom construction experience, risk management, and strong leadership with excellent communication. Direct, onsite leadership across multiple crews ensures adherence to approved procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversees construction sites to ensure quality and safety.
• Responsible for customer and homeowner relations.
• Assists customers and homeowners with complaints and restoration concerns.
• Ensures work complies with approved documents and procedures.
• Projects completed in a timely, efficient, and safe manner.
• Lead and direct ground crews daily.
• Develops redline and daily reports.
• Procurement at jobsites (supplies, tools, etc.).
• Monitors schedule updates.
• Maintains cleanliness of jobsites, equipment, and vehicles.
• Daily inspections of vehicles, equipment, and jobsites.
