Job summary

Whidbey Telecom Langley is seeking a Project Manager for an onsite role in Langley, WA to lead a portfolio of telecommunications construction projects from planning through completion. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and PMO processes while mentoring Project Coordinators.

The role requires 5+ years of project management experience, supervisory experience, and strong communication. Travel across borders not required; office-based in Langley with occasional coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience on large-scale telecom/construction projects.
• Experience supervising and developing staff.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with budgeting, reporting, and PMO processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the PMO and own project delivery.
• Coordinate resource allocation with project sponsors.
• Mentor and develop Project Coordinators.
• Create project plans with milestones and WBS.
• Monitor budgets and provide regular reports.
• Maintain project documentation and leadership reporting.
• Coordinate meetings and cross-functional alignment.
• Ensure teams have resources and development opportunities.
