Job summary

Concordiawireless is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects on cellular towers and rooftops in Carol Stream, Illinois. The ideal candidate will ensure safety standards and deliver high-quality results while managing field crews and subcontractors.

The position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $115,000, plus annual bonuses and generous benefits including healthcare and 401K.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in telecom/solar.
• Experience managing field crews and subcontractors in construction.
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects end-to-end, from planning to completion.
• Lead field crews, subcontractors, and internal teams for execution.
