Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in telecom construction including underground and/or aerial project execution.
• Proven supervisory background with responsibility for directing crews and managing large-scale telecom projects.
• Strong risk assessment and risk management capabilities with a focus on safety and compliance.
• Ability to interpret, implement, and uphold company policies, procedures, and project standards.
• Effective leadership skills, including crew coordination, decision‑making, and accountability.
• Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversees construction sites to ensure a high level of quality and safety.
• Responsible for customer and homeowner relations.
• Assists customers and homeowners with complaints and restoration concerns.
• Guaranties that all work is performed in accordance with approved documents and procedures.
• Ensures that the project is completed in a timely, efficient, and safe manner.
• Leads and directs ground crews daily.
• Develops redline and daily reports.
• Responsible for procurement at job sites, including straw, seed, cutters, shovels, batteries, tarps, paint, etc.
• Monitors schedule updates.
• Maintains cleanliness of job sites, company equipment, and vehicles.
• Daily inspections of company vehicles, equipment, and job sites.
