NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company seeks a Construction Manager focused on wireless tower development in Houston, TX or Canonsburg, PA. This is a desk-based role centered on early planning and development stages rather than field construction.

You will review maps, geotechnical reports, and AE drawings, assess constructability, and collaborate with project managers, vendors, and regulators to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of telecommunications or wireless construction experience.
• Strong understanding of tower/site development and construction management processes.
• Experience with site acquisition permitting and general contractor.
• Construction planning and constructability reviews.
• Topography and geotechnical analysis.
• AE drawings and blueprint interpretation.
• Regulatory and permitting requirements.
• Knowledge of OSHA, NEC, NESC, and International Building Codes (IBC).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of telecommunications construction projects.
• Review and interpret plot maps, topographical maps, geotechnical reports, and AE drawings.
• Evaluate site constructability and feasibility for new tower developments.
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and customer representatives.
• Assist with vendor selection and cost negotiations.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, OSHA regulations, and applicable construction codes.
• Maintain project documentation and tracking systems.
• Support site acquisition, permitting, and regulatory activities.
• Provide recommendations and resolve construction-related issues during project planning.
