STAR Construction, LLC is hiring a Telecom Manager to lead and supervise field operations in a defined region, coordinating schedules, safety, and subcontractor activities. You will drive process improvements and partner with the Sr Manager Telecom and VP Operations on major vendor contracts.

You will develop teams, handle customer requests promptly, and ensure compliance with company policy. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and hands-on telecommunications experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in an industry-related Engineering or Project Management field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on Telecommunications industry experience or combination of education and experience is a plus.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret documents such as safety rules and requirements; ability to write reports and speak effectively with customers, vendors and coworkers.

Mansioni

• Oversee defined area/region of operation and daily production management including supervision of crews.
• Support employee development, growth and performance planning within area of operations.
• Ensure customer requests are handled professionally and timely.
• Manage vendor relationships and subcontractor agreements; approve pricing within contracts.
• Assist with hiring, coaching, onboarding, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Manage major material suppliers and subcontract services for evaluation and compliance.
