Job summary

CEC FACILITIES LLC in Irving, TX is seeking a Construction Manager to lead field construction of telecommunications and utility infrastructure, including fiber optic, coaxial, and copper networks. You will oversee crews, schedule work, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Up to 25% travel to project sites may be required. This leadership role involves coordinating with city and utility stakeholders, managing daily production, and delivering projects on time and within budget

Qualifications

• Five+ years of telecom/utility construction experience; supervisory role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and permitting processes.
• Ability to lead crews and coordinate multiple field teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and direct construction activities for fiber optic, coaxial, copper projects.
• Lead field supervisors and installation teams to meet production and safety goals.
• Oversee aerial, underground, and directional drill operations.
• Coordinate permitting, inspections, and ROW issues with cities and utilities.
• Ensure documentation, closeout packages, and as-builts are accurate.
• Represent the company professionally with residents, inspectors, and customers.
