Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record; a company vehicle may be provided
• OSHA 30 certification
• First Aid/CPR
• Procore or Site Tracker experience
• CM responsible for plan of attack for construction crew and sign-off on Foreman plans

• Lead project kickoffs and debriefs
• Collaborate with PMs, architects, engineers, and other construction specialists

• Ensure compliance with building codes and customer specifications
• Coordinate project activities to meet deadlines
• Assign duties and responsibilities to project personnel
• Schedule crews and manage related scheduling responsibilities
• Select subcontractors and coordinate their activities
• Track OJT and conduct field sign-offs

POSITION DESCRIPTION

TheConstructionManageris responsible for the practical management and planning of every stage of aconstructionproject. They ensure building projects are completed safely, within budget, and on time. As aConstructionManager, you’ll oversee schedules of work and delegate tasks to your team to ensure each phase of a build goes to plan.
