Job summary

GAC Enterprises LLC is seeking a Construction Manager I to support coordination and execution of construction projects, working closely with Field Supervisors, crews, and Project Managers. This entry point role is perfect for someone ready to develop project coordination, planning, and leadership skills.

Outdoor, physical role on active sites with 10–50% travel; strong emphasis on safety, reporting, and coordination across disciplines to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of telecom or construction experience.
• Prior field leadership experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read construction prints and use Google Earth.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with Fieldwire or similar project management tools preferred.
• Understanding of UG and aerial equipment, tools, trucks, and drills.
• Valid driver's license required; OSHA certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities
