Job summary

Ledcor is seeking an experienced telecom project manager to lead planning and execution of large-scale fiber, small cell, and tower projects. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and adherence to standards, with responsibilities spanning risk management, permits, and client communications.

The candidate will oversee scheduling, budgets, and resources, drive opportunities, and coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to meet milestones and deliverables across telecom builds.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of telecom or utility construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; diploma or technical training accepted.
• Strong understanding of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and industry standards (e.g., NESC, NEC, local codes).
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is a plus.

• Manage risk management, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead the identification and pursuit of new telecom project opportunities.

• Lead the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure compliance with telecom construction standards and specifications.
