Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• 3 to 5 years in telecom cable construction, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
• Familiarity with construction management software and budgeting basics.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily activities of a team of technicians in telecom cable construction to meet timelines, quality, and cost.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies to ensure safety standards.
• Assign tasks and schedules to team members, including partner employees, ensuring resource availability.
• Monitor progress and quality to adhere to timelines and standards.
• Provide training and guidance to team members including linemen and drillers.
• Address on-site operational issues and customer interactions as they arise.
• Maintain records and prepare management reports for timely decision making.
• Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
