Job summary

ATS Welding, LLC is seeking General Laborers to join our growing team in Texas. You will assist crews on telecom infrastructure projects, perform general labor tasks, and help maintain a safe, organized work site.

Ideal candidates are hardworking, safety-focused and eager to grow in the construction industry. Prior experience is a bonus but not required; willingness to learn and follow directions is essential. Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly and pass a drug test.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to learn telecom construction procedures and safety standards.
• Strong work ethic with ability to take direction and work as part of a team.
• Must pass a preemployment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist crews with various tasks as directed by foremen and supervisors on job sites.
• Perform manual labor duties, including lifting, carrying materials, and general site cleanup.
• Support the installation of telecom infrastructure.
• Follow safety guidelines and keep a clean, organized work environment.
• Learn and apply telecom and utility procedures under guidance of experienced team members.
