Job summary

Texstar Enterprises, LLC seeks a Laborer Telecom Aerial to support an Aerial Telecom Crew in installing and maintaining fiber/telecom cables and materials. The position is based in Granbury, TX and offers weekly pay and a solid benefits package.

You will assist with providing tools and materials, move equipment as directed, and ensure safety and compliance during daily construction activities, including door-tagging and traffic control. Prior telecom labor experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for Texstar Enterprises, LLC.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Pole climber certification or willingness to obtain.
• Previous labor experience in telecommunications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members as needed
• Reposition or move bucket trucks, trailers, or equipment as directed
• Ensure that door-tagging and resident notifications for construction activities are completed before starting work each day
• Stock, clean, and maintain all company vehicles and equipment
• Perform hand digging using shovels and mechanical tools
• Direct/flag traffic flow in line with local DOT guidelines
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/afterhours responsibilities as needed
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned
