Qualifications

• Solid attention to detail across documentation, data entry, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage crew calendars, hotel logistics, and traffic control coordination for the Operations Department.
• Review timecards against Daily Performance Reports for payroll accuracy and job costing.
• Import and manage data across Well-Bid, Foundation, and Vitruvi platforms.
• Support change order processing, submittals, and project close-out packages.
• Attend daily Active Job Report meetings with Department Managers to drive jobs to closure.
• Maintain meeting notes, action item logs, and billing status reports.
