Job summary

One Way Wireless Construction is seeking a Civil Foreman to lead a civil crew in the Midwest. Direct telecom experience is preferred but candidates from broader construction backgrounds at foreman level will be considered.

You will read drawings, coordinate with the Project Manager, and ensure work meets safety specs. Based in Shakopee, MN, the position offers competitive hourly pay ($35-$44) with per diem, a 401(k), health, dental and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, PTO, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction experience; civil telecom preferred.
• Ability to read and follow site drawings accurately.
• Willing to travel Mondayriday throughout the Midwest.
• Must pass DOT physical, drug test, and background check.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead a civil crew and manage daily job-site activities.
• Read and follow construction drawings and build plans.
• Communicate clearly with crew and Project Manager.
• Operate and oversee heavy equipment.
• Ensure safety standards and specs are met.
• Keep the project moving and on schedule.
• Set the tone by working alongside your crew.
