Job summary

Pacific Network Solutions Construction is seeking a Civil Tech II to support field crews on telecommunications sites in Henderson, NV. You will perform civil tasks, operate equipment, and assist with permits, inspections, and safety compliance.

The role requires climbing towers, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working outdoors in all weather. A valid license and willingness to travel are preferred, with opportunities for growth within a safety‑driven team.

Qualifications

• 50 lb load handling and physical requirements.
• Ladders and bucket trucks experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, regulations, and blueprints.
• Will travel up to 100% when required.
• Shifts including weekends may be required.
• English communication skills are essential.
• One year of construction/telecom experience preferred.
• Experience with fiber testing is a plus.
• OSHA certification preferred (training provided).
• CDL/Driver's license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, assisting with permits and inspections as required.
• Execute civil tasks including operating equipment, and VAC operation.
• Perform civil work such as trenching, digging, concrete forming/pouring, and restoration.
• Provide technical support as needed.
• Generate and resolve punch lists during the project schedule and prior to customer inspections.
• Operates wireless industry tools and maintains equipment.
• Work within traffic control according to jurisdiction.
• Maintain and service equipment regularly.
• Any and all other duties assigned.
