Job summary

Ontivity in Boise is seeking a Civil Foreman to lead crews in installing and maintaining critical infrastructure, including trenches, foundations, and conduits. Expect a two‑day orientation, company tools provided, and weekly travel with a crew in town or out of town.

You will shadow senior staff for 90 days, then receive a performance review, wage increase, and a roadmap for advancement. Long weeks (60–80 hours) and potential four‑week travel periods are possible.

Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, piping diagrams, job specifications.
• Willing to work as part of a team and independently under limited supervision.
• Provide communication and customer service that is both professional and courteous.
• Pass pre-employment screening including background, drug testing, DOT physical, and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew in completing jobs safely and efficiently; operate equipment for trenching and foundations.
• Stay up to date on training and certifications.
• Assist with maintenance of vehicles, equipment, and tool inventory.
