Job summary

All Native Group in Washington, DC is seeking a Mid-Level Telecommunications Engineer to join our EIS Support Team. You will support circuit provisioning and service delivery, manage orders, and coordinate with telecom carriers to ensure timely implementations.

Responsibilities include reviewing technical specs, tracking orders, and communicating with customers and internal teams. A background in MACD processes, Layer 2/3 telecom services, and MS Excel is desired to ensure accurate, efficient

Qualifications

• Minimum eight (8) years’ relevant experience.
• Experience provisioning Voice and Data Telecommunication Circuit Order/Implementations Services.
• Background in MACD (Move, Add and Change) environments.
• Knowledge of Ethernet LAN/WAN hand-off types.
• Data analysis to identify root causes and mitigate issues.
• Ability to resolve complex issues with precision.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Team oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track TSR circuit orders and disconnect requests.
• Process new circuit orders and MACDs from multiple carriers.
• Review and approve technical specifications for orders.
• Provide timely status updates to customers.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on large deployments.
• Coordinate with Data/Voice Engineers on specs.
• Utilize carrier portals to process orders and notices.
• Answer customer queries about order status and activity.
• Keep internal systems updated with circuit details.
