Job summary

All Native Group in Washington, DC is seeking a Telecommunications Engineer - Mid-Level to join our EIS Support Team. You will support circuit provisioning for voice and data services, coordinating with carriers and internal engineers to ensure timely service implementation.

The role requires eight years of telecom provisioning experience, strong problem-solving, and the ability to manage complex orders end-to-end while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of relevant experience in telecom provisioning.
• Experience with circuit orders, MACDs, and disconnects.
• Knowledge of Ethernet LAN/WAN hand-off types.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track TSR circuit orders, from request to completion.
• Process new circuit orders, MACDs and disconnect orders for data and voice services.
• Review and approve all technical specifications for circuit orders.
• Provide timely updates to customers on order status.
• Collaborate with project managers on enterprise deployments.
• Coordinate with data and voice engineers on specifications.
• Utilize carrier portals to process orders and obtain service notices.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding order status.
• Update internal systems with circuit and service details.
• Act as primary liaison between customers and telco vendors.
