The role focuses on provisioning telecom circuits in a defense environment, coordinating with government offices, carriers, and internal teams to ensure correct delivery and activation.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in engineering or equivalent experience, experience with DoD/DoW provisioning, and the ability to obtain/maintain

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end circuit actions in a DoD/DoW environment.
• Clearance: active DoD Top Secret or ability to maintain one.
• BS in engineering or related field; or 2 years with advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end circuit actions for new service, upgrades, and restorations.
• Review topology, bandwidth, and interface needs for correct service ordering.
• Prepare and track government and commercial service orders.
• Coordinate with DISA and carriers for provisioning and turn-up.
• Troubleshoot issues during provisioning and activation.
• Maintain documentation and provisioning records.
