• 5+ years’ experience in the Telecom industry.
• 5+ years’ experience in enterprise solution sales.
• Proven ability to attract new business partners and cultivate relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-up ability.

• Proactively recruits new qualifying partners.
• Establish productive relationships with key personnel in partner accounts.
• Recruit, educate, and nurture your channel partners.
• Identify potential customer’s needs and match them with solutions.
