Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in telecommunication infrastructure installation.
• 3+ years' experience with wiring and cabling.
• High school diploma or GED; trade school/military electronics training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Crew Leader and senior installers on project completion.
• Install cabling and related infrastructure.
• Perform cable terminations, pulling, and testing.
• Use work schedules to maximize crew efficiency.
• Read construction drawings and project documents.
• Maintain communication and teamwork in field operations.
