Job summary

You will plan work, assign tasks, monitor progress, and coach linemen and drillers, while coordinating with other departments, conducting safety meetings, and preparing management reports.

• High school diploma required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• 3–5 years in telecom cable construction (aerial or underground).
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record of safe work practices and quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily activities of a team of technicians in telecom cable projects.
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations, certifications, and policies.
• Assign tasks and schedules to ITG employees and partners to optimize resources.
• Monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to timelines.
• Provide training and guidance to team members, including linemen and drillers.
• Address and resolve operational issues, including on-site customer interactions.
• Maintain records and prepare reports for management review.
