Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC seeks a Construction Supervisor to oversee daily telecom cable projects in battle Mountain, NV, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will lead technicians, assign tasks, monitor progress, and coordinate with other departments to meet project goals.

You will enforce safety regulations, provide guidance to crew members, and maintain accurate records for management review. This role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising telecom cable construction teams (aerial or underground).
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in telecom construction.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily activities of a team of technicians or workers in telecom cable construction projects to ensure project execution as per timelines, quality and cost.
• Enforce safety regulations, certifications, and company policies to ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Assign tasks and schedules to team members, including ITG employees and partner staff, ensuring proper resource allocation and equipment availability.
• Monitor work progress and quality, ensuring adherence to project timelines and standards.
• Provide training and guidance to team members, including linemen and drillers.
• Address and resolve operational issues on-site and with customers as needed.
• Maintain records and prepare reports for management review to enable timely decision making.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and conduct regular safety meetings.
