Job summary

S2 IT Group seeks a QA Automation Engineer to own complex test activities across on-prem and SaaS platforms, including major ERP systems. You will design and implement automated testing, collaborate with QA and development teams, and advance CI/CD with Tosca, qTest, GitHub, Jenkins and Docker.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in backend testing, data validation, and cloud infrastructure testing, and will travel to client locations in the US as required.

Qualifications

• Test complex applications and develop automated tests with ownership across features.
• Develop and execute test strategies and plans with QA team and developers.
• Create and maintain BDD/DDD automation for on-prem and SaaS apps including Workday HCM, Oracle Financials, SAP, Salesforce.
• Test end-to-end processes (Employee Life Cycle, P2P, RTR).
• Script and execute backend tests – ETL, warehouses, databases, APIs.
• Test Cloud Infrastructure components and security domains using Tosca, qTest, and related tools.
• Expand CI/CD by integrating Tosca and qTest with GitHub, Jenkins and Docker.
• Maintain RTMs/DTMs by integrating JIRA with qTest.

Responsibilities

Test complexapplications, develop automated tests and demonstrate ownership of all featuresbased on Business requirement. Develop and execute Test strategies and Planswith the QA team and developers. Develop and maintain Behavior Driven (BDD) andData Driven (DDD) test automation for on-Prem applications and SAASapplications including Workday HCM, Oracle Financials, SAP, Salesforce systems.Test E2E business processes such as Employee Life Cycle, Procure to Pay, Recordto Report (RTR). Script and execute tests for back-end testing - ETL,warehousing, Databases, APIs. Test Cloud Infrastructure – Instances, Loadbalancers, Gateways, Security Domains by Implementing TOSCA, qTest, NeoLoad andother Testing and reporting tools. Expand CI/CD pipeline by integrating TOSCAand qTest with GitHub, Jenkins and Docker. Maintain RTMs and DTMs byintegrating JIRA with qTest. Implement LiveCompare, integrate SAP Transports,instances and Test repositories to build workflows for impact analysis. Requirements
