Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years' direct A/V conference support experience.
• Five years' knowledge of Polycom/Cisco/Tandberg video systems.
• Five years' knowledge of computer hardware and A/V equipment.
• Candidate must have SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for large conferences and events.
• Support VTC and related equipment; diagnose and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with base communications squadron and other agencies as needed.
• Lead and train AV technicians and junior staff.
