You will mentor staff, manage Outside Plant Engineers, assign and oversee projects, and ensure timely delivery with high quality. You will also maintain monthly financial forecasts for project control and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing telecom construction projects.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn custom software.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Outside Plant Engineers (Project Coordinators).
• Assign and oversee projects to team members, monitor progress for timely completion and quality.
• Coach, develop and mentor team members.
• Maintain a monthly financial forecast for project management.
