The role emphasizes problem-solving, hands-on leadership, and a long-term commitment to project work. Candidates should have map-reading skills, basic software proficiency, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Safety mindset and quality focus throughout projects.
• Proven ability to lead construction crews to meet deadlines.
• Hands-on leadership with field teams.
• Experience in telecom construction (Coax, Fiber, Directional Drilling).
• Ability to read maps and learn new software/tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR per company standard.
