Job summary

MasTec Communications Group seeks an Area Manager to lead a team of construction professionals from project initiation to completion. You will mentor staff, manage Outside Plant Engineers, assign and oversee projects, and ensure timely delivery with high quality. You will also maintain monthly financial forecasts for project control and reporting.

Responsibilities

As an Area Manager, you will see construction projects built from start to finish while mentoring your team members for success.

In addition, you will:

• Manage a team of Outside Plant Engineers (Project Coordinators)
• Assign and oversee projects to team members, monitor projects for timely completion, and ensure a high level of quality is met
• Coach, develop and mentor team members
• Maintain a monthly financial forecast for project management

Qualifications

Compensation of $90,000-$105,000 annually, depending on the experience.
