Overview

*This role is fully remote after on-site training is completed

Job Description Seeking a qualified candidates for a Telecom Analyst position at our Cleveland Ohio area client.

Location and Schedule Initial training is onsite in Cleveland Ohio and may include limited local travel between facilities. Remote work is available after training. Schedule will be Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM EST.

Responsibilities

• Manages requests for changes to phones and voice mailboxes.
• Some project planning.
• Work with the caregiver that submits the request to determine the details of what is needed by the caregiver/department.
• Analyst works with department to design the phones and the call flows needed.
• Information is then converted to the technical details for the technician to program the phones.
• This role also represents telecom in major projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with large moves, adds, changes of IP, digital and analog phones.
• Experience in large campus environment
• Good interpersonal skills
• Experience with CS1000 phone programming would be a plus
• Familiarity with Cisco UCM phone programming would be a plus
