Job summary

Pauley Construction, LLC is hiring a Laborer Telecom Aerial III to join our Aerial Crew in Tucson. You will support technicians, handle parts, and manage access notices while assisting with daily fleet maintenance and vehicle operations on job sites.

The position requires a CDL Class A, a background check, and willingness to travel. Applicants should demonstrate leadership, safety awareness, and the ability to perform under supervision in a utility construction setting.

Qualifications

• 3 years of work-related experience pertaining to utility construction, telecommunications or laborer related work.
• Must have a CDL (Class A Commercial Driver's License).
• Must pass a background check and company drug screening.
• May be required to travel in state or overnight as necessary to meet business needs.
• Must attend and pass all company required training.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians as ground hand, provide parts, and move equipment as directed.
• Ensure door-tagging and resident notification of construction activities before starting workdays.
• Perform daily inspection and maintenance of fleet vehicles and equipment; drive company vehicles as needed.
• Provide intermediate-level support with greater responsibility under supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
